Anyone who practiced with or against Allison Jackson in the courtroom knows that she took cases to trial where there were full confessions and/or overwhelming evidence. She dumped the hard cases assigned to her on other deputies. Where's the endorsements from those who worked with her or against her in the DA's office. Maybe one of her close buddies might, but have not seen it yet. She is an angry, angry person and does not have the proper temperament to be the elected DA. Those who support her are standing around talking about how beautiful the queen's clothes are, when she hasn't any at all.

Paul has some serious improvement room, but Allison Jackson is not the answer. We are left with selecting the better candidate, as the best one is not on the ballot. The clear choice of those left standing is Paul Gallegos.

Anyone who thinks someone running for DA is power hungry doesn't understand the role in our society. I believe in Allison because her career as a prosecutor was as a positive member in the protection of victims; not as a crusader for whatever makes him popular. Don't we want someone as sympathetic, and persistent as Jackson is?

I am so glad that the community has people as strong as Allison Jackson. I hope to the core of my being that she wins. I also have seen too many victims of crimes get little to no justice from the current DA.
