		<description><![CDATA[I thought annual celebrations were supposed to be &#039;big parties&#039;?
Would the Grinches at the Resource Center prefer a dour religious setting? Perhaps an awkward family gathering after a death type atmosphere?  There must be other ways to embrace this holiday (which seems to be getting larger and larger each year)...and also remind people to keep the park clean. C&#039;mon NCRC, take the proverbial sticks out of your behinds, put away your crotchety baby boomer paranoid fantasies, and use your experiences and knowledge to help harness this youthful exuberant energy. Or...at least get out of the way.]]></description>
