		<description><![CDATA[I have been keeping a close eye on the bay when driving the 101 safety corridor, it does appear that high tides combined with storm runoff are creating much higher water levels than previous years.. i wonder, what with the rail-trail still under consideration, if an improved and expanded levy (with trail on top) might be our only option in the very near future.
