Given the chaotic nature of street numbers on California Avenue, the “400 block” may not mean much to most readers.
This is one of the big trophy houses at the upper end of Cal. Ave. This one has a nice ocean view and an indoor pool.
There are several others up there that put off a potent eau du grow fragrance, and plenty more on the lower sections of the street where us hoi polloi reside.
Indoor growing has most definitely gone upscale.
