He wrote about Fort Wingate in western New Mexico in &quot;Wailing Wind.&quot; New Mexico celebrates most days in sunshine, but we were lucky enough to get rain for our photo shoot of the fort&#039;s mysterious old bunkers. The weather captured the spirit of Dad&#039;s story perfectly for our book.]]></description>
