		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for the fair treatment of very challenging circumstances.  

The cost of $200/night for the EWS was just an estimate. Doty, Storrs and Potter were all given a much overdue report of how the funds were used.  We thank them for their patience with the struggling organization.

We would also like to thank the staff and volunteers of the NCRC who conducted the EWS out of their own free-time with no compensation.  

And we would like to personally thank our generous community for their help in providing the EWS.  It is with much sadness that we cannot offer this program this year.
