Or, is he perhaps in favor of all the growing going on? As taxpayers, we are being ripped off. When the growers, that use the CARE Program fraudulently, are caught they should be charged to the fullest extent of the law. However, that won’t happen with our current DA. So, the crimes continue and nothing happens.
