What did someone outbid Arcata Community recycling center. What I am wondering is why ACRC didn't enlist the the persons from Redwood community action agency, colleges students desperate to save a dollar or 2 by getting a unit's through that program and get court appointed persons to do community service work,to work for free. Like they used to do with the food bank (before it was called the food endeavour) while it was still in that RENTED for money (Not donated space) building behind the Presbyterian church. What's the matter did someone outbid you who is more officiant and actually knows the value of a $1 bill?
I receyled as a kid in the 70's at the recycling center in Eureka on 4th st.hwy 101. It was called the Coors recycling center then. Long before it became politically correct to recycle cans and bottles.
