Sean was Danco’s advocate for Creek Side Homes, a 151-unit subdivision on Foster Avenue which would have resulted in something on the order of 1,,250 car trips per day down these same streets. The Planning Commission and City Council both rejected the proposed subdivision and annexation of the area based in part on an economic study that said it was a net negative. That’s the extremely short version of the story.

Wasn't Sean Armstrong behind that big proposal to cover the Arcata Bottoms with houses a few years ago? Or am I thinking of someone else?
