2012 I Block Party Is Monday, Sept. 3

Enjoy the 2012 I Block Party Monday, Sept. 3 from noon to 6 p.m. in front of Los Bagels between 10th and 11th streets in Arcata. Free admission!

Live music from the Lost Coast Marimbas, Kulica, and the No Good Redwood Ramblers. Enjoy local beer, cold drinks, and desserts as well as barbequed albacore, chicken, or tofu. Raffle and silent auction. Bring the kids for free face painting!

The I Block Party is the annual fundraiser for the Arcata-Camoapa Sister City Project.

This year the Sister City Project is collaborating with the local chapter of Engineers Without Borders to raise funds to drill a well that would bring running water to the local hospital in Camoapa, Nicaragua.
