SUNNY BRAE – Companion Animal Foundation has dogs that are up for adoption as well as cats, but unfortunately, we are a small organization and do not have space for dogs in our adoption room.
Therefore, we rely on our dedicated foster families to care for the dogs and bring them to our store every day.
Linda Herman is an experienced foster mom and loves bringing dogs into her home. She believes that dogs have a better chance of finding their forever home if they are out of the shelter environment.
“Fostering dogs is fun and rewarding. You save lives and you get lots of love in return,” she says.
She is pictured here with Zoey, a five-year-old Norfolk Terrier mix and sister Latte, a seven-year-old miniature Schnauzer.
They are a bonded pair who are hoping to be adopted together.
When asked what Linda thinks about the pair she said, “Latte and Zoey are loving, happy, enthusiastic and playful, as well as incredibly cute. They are always up for a walk or just cuddling on the couch.”
Come meet them at 88 Sunny Brae Center.
