EUREKA –  Well-known local musician Josephine Johnson returned home today to find her Eureka home burglarized.

Stolen were a Peavey sound system stolen, a ukulele with an orange case and Macbook computer.

Anyone with information is asked to call Eureka Police at (707) 441-4060.

  1. Sorry to hear that! I would hate to lose my electric Epiphone Les Paul Orange ukelele and Orange amp.

  2. Much sympathy – I know that's not terribly helpful – but the thought it there BIGTIME. Hope you get your OWN stuff back – often worthless to other people – or at least WORTH A LOT MORE TO US than to people resellling. I hate thieves – they need to have the same thing happen to them – time and time again until THEY learn! Especially for us musos- and our HARD EARNED gear….some of us worked all our lives for this (or are still playing the instrument our poor parents worked 4 jobs to buy in 1963!)
