Skunky: a cute lil’ stinker
Companion Animal Foundation has had many cat adoptions lately and so has been able to take in about 30 new kittens in the last two weeks.
Among them is Skunky, a long haired black and white male kitten who is approximately 11 weeks old. He was found on the 101 Highway near Redway, abandoned with two other male kittens.
Although the other kittens are Siamese mixes, they all share the same fluffiness! Skunky is sweet and affectionate, and is awaiting his new home!
Come visit the cat adoption room at 88 Sunny Brae Center from Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to see which other kittens are available for adoption.
CAF also often relies on foster families to help care for adoptable cats and dogs.

Lustrous Shyia
Shyia is a brown tabby and white domestic shorthair. She is one year, one month old and has been spayed. She arrived at the shelter on July 24.
Shelter staff said the following about her. “Shyia has lustrous, beautiful brown and white highlights. She is fun- loving and people-friendly.” Her ID number is A064120.
Daisy is a two year old Bulldog and Pit Bull Terrier mix, with possible Boxer influence as well. She is a patient, friendly girl, good with dogs and humans alike.
Daisy appreciates the opportunity to get out for a walk, especially if another dog is coming along. She also loves her time in the playpen and has proven to be quite the quarterback with her favorite football!

Daisy listens well and aims to please, making her a great candidate for further obedience training. She already knows several commands and is ready to learn more.
