Coordinated by Lauren Vucci and Josh Wiley of Abruzzi, the dinner features seven of the region’s master chefs who have collectively designed a seven-course menu that highlights the best of local ingredients.
A tentative menu includes the following seven courses:

Salad of Pea Shoots, Radish, Arugula, and Truffle
• Course Three: Trio of Gnocchi
• Course Four: Local Beef with Potato Puree
Duck Béarnaise, Bordelaise, and Shaved Truffle
• Course Five: Lamb Ragú, Roasted Carrot, and Minted Demi-glace

Proceeds of the dinner benefit CAFF’s Farm to School Programs and HCOE’s Harvest of the Month Program. CAFF and HCOE work together to connect local farms with school cafeterias and classrooms, support school districts in their efforts to improve school meals, and teach kids healthy eating habits.
“We are extremely grateful to Lauren and Josh for putting together such an exciting dinner in support of HCOE and CAFF,” said Linda Prescott, Coordinator of the Nutrition Education Program at HCOE.
Wiley is looking forward to cooking with his fellow chefs. “It is going to be fun. This is a great cause, and a great opportunity to be in the kitchen with so many other chefs. We don’t get that chance very often.”
Tickets for the dinner are $100 general. There are also three VIP tables for purchase on a first come first serve basis. Tickets are available online at MastersAtMoonstone.bpt.me.
